GROUNDING INDEX

In the area of surge protection whether from lightning or transient voltage, the most important thing is that the building and/or item to be protected is grounded. Without a ground, there is nowhere for the energy to go and the results of near and direct lightning strikes or utility surges are devastating.

Proper surge protection grounding practices can be found below in the Technical Information section. Further technical questions can be addressed to our engineering staff.
